In 2011, it was initiated by nine doctors (professors) in the geotechnical department of Southwest Jiaotong University. The company established the instrument research and development company, named “Jiaobo”, which means “Southwest Jiaotong University, a doctoral team enterprise”. It is a high-tech enterprise that has obtained the “Permit for Manufacturing Measuring Instruments” according to law.
