The L20-V is a versatile and easy-to-use particle vibration monitoring device. The instrument not only supports the vibration velocity/acceleration synchronization test of three components, but also has a variety of trigger modes, which can be used for monitoring sudden vibration events induced by engineering blasting. It can also be used to record continuous vibration signals caused by activities such as strong boring, piling, drilling, transportation, etc.; the vibration peak and zero-crossing frequency can be viewed immediately after each event, and the stored data can be quickly exported through the U disk.
The instrument uses a multi-core high-speed processor to provide 3 channels of 100Ksps parallel acquisition, standard 1~500Hz three-component speed sensor (optional acceleration), capable of identifying and recording vibration events from 0.001cm/s to 35cm/s. Immediately after the event, the vibration peak and zero-crossing frequency can be viewed, and the stored data can be quickly exported through the USB flash drive. In addition, the instrument has 10240 pieces of data storage space and 72 hours of power-off capability, which ensures that the instrument is in the absence of Long-term trouble-free service with external power supply and computer support.
The instrument establishes communication with the client through wired (LAN/WAN/ADSL) and wireless (WI-FI), and does not need to be installed and installed during the communication process, and can quickly complete operations such as instrument control, file management, data analysis, report editing, etc. Support one-click report generation, avoid human factors interference, improve the credibility of test results, in addition, the client integrates multi-country (regional) control standards, provides Chinese and English interface, in line with the operating habits of various operators.
